Superb stay! Our Standard Double Room had a gorgeous view of the cathedral. Loved the balcony with the view too! The beds were super comfy, and the bathroom had all the essentials. Breakfast was fresh, with good pastries and juice. The vibe in the area was just perfect during the Christmas festival.

The location was incredible, feet from a Roman Catholic church. It was also short walk to the tallest cathedral and the square and beautiful Rouen. Greatly enjoyed the room with balcony, my bed was comfortable...

Really enjoyed how the standard queen room with balcony was arranged when we arrived. Plus we had central heating, a work desk, and television.

The location is amazing, right next to the cathedral. I loved my balcony overlooking the square and the fresh breakfast options. It was quite the treat to hear the bells ringing at noon!

the superior queen room is cool and has a seating area and a safe. all the staff is amazingly nice and affable and is engaged to make your stay real good. the location it has just off the tallest cathedral in france, and beautiful rouen is great and fantastic. rue du gros-horloge is close to the venue.

Really good views of the plaza and cathedral, my room was filled with sunshine. A cozy breakfast room offered reasonably priced, delectable options.

Navigating parking was challenging, and noise from nearby cafés made it hard to sleep at times!

The views are somehow nice, but I was left without electricity one night-how charming. Don't even get me started on the staff, seemingly non-existent. I thought I'd at least get a complimentary bottle of water for the price, but nope. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't. Will not be back again, thanks.

It got quite hot with no air conditioning available. I had to keep the window open, but that led to noise from the street below. The bathrooms lacked some basic amenities like a waste basket, and at one point, I needed to call for assistance since no one was at the front desk to help. Despite these issues, the atmosphere felt inviting, and the hotel environment were nice.
