would definitely come back there
Superb stay! Our Standard Double Room had a gorgeous view of the cathedral. Loved the balcony with the view too! The beds were super comfy, and the bathroom had all the essentials. Breakfast was fresh, with good pastries and juice. The vibe in the area was just perfect during the Christmas festival.

The location was incredible, feet from a Roman Catholic church. It was also short walk to the tallest cathedral and the square and beautiful Rouen. Greatly enjoyed the room with balcony, my bed was comfortable...

The honest truth about this
Really good views of the plaza and cathedral, my room was filled with sunshine. A cozy breakfast room offered reasonably priced, delectable options.
Navigating parking was challenging, and noise from nearby cafés made it hard to sleep at times!

missingWrote a review on 31 Octnon-existent stafflack of amenities
The views are somehow nice, but I was left without electricity one night-how charming. Don't even get me started on the staff, seemingly non-existent. I thought I'd at least get a complimentary bottle of water for the price, but nope. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't. Will not be back again, thanks.

missingWrote a review on 27 Octfine viewsdelicious breakfasttemperature control
The views of the Rouen Cathedral from my room were fine. Every morning, I woke up to a beautiful sight right outside my window. The breakfast options were fresh, with delicious pastries and perfectly brewed coffee in a charming breakfast room with stained glass windows. The temperature control in the room was challenging. It got quite hot with no air conditioning available. I had to keep the window open, but that led to noise from the street below. The bathrooms lacked some basic amenities like a waste basket, and at one point, I needed to call for assistance since no one was at the front desk to help. Despite these issues, the atmosphere felt inviting, and the hotel environment were nice.

The room was spacious, but no electricity one night was frustrating.
-
missingWrote a review on 16 Octaccessibility issue
Entry was tricky due to an unhelpful access system. I was given a code but no one was available at the front desk when I needed assistance. The room lacked basic amenities like a finished bath mat and waste basket, rendering the accommodations a tad uncomfortable. No electricity upon return to the room one night was definitely a major inconvenience, leading to a hassle before I could settle in.
